The hotel is stunningly beautiful and clean, has nice views of the sunset. The rooms are brand-new and well-appointed and they have a nice balcony and a dressing area. The location is fantastic and nice, directly on beach. Don't forget to visit nearby Salud Super Food, they have best coffee ever. It has a beach bar.

They offer gorgeous, fantastic rooms with basic amenities such as closets and thoughtful touches, for example.

Stay here and enjoy your Puerto Vallarta vacation. The hotel is perfect and absolutely gorgeous with best staff who was then nicest staff member at all. The location is absolutely perfect and excellent, 1 mile from Zona Romantica. It is found in a very nice area. The rooftop restaurant in the venue is top-notch, has hot dishes.

The rooms were brand-new, beautifully maintained, came with basic amenities, a giant window and a king bed. The location was stunning and favourable, just a short stroll away from Zona Romantica. Btw, the airport was 0.5 miles away.

The location was perfect, just down the beach from the pier and in the center of everything. The beach club was amazing with a great ambiance and hot guys everywhere. The staff was accommodating and nice, and the property had a great view of the ocean.

The language barrier made it difficult to communicate and there were annoying attempts to get me to attend a sales meeting.

I loved this known hotel and stayed for 3 nights here. I booked a well-organised and large room complete with a kitchen, a king bed and mini-fridge. The pool was great and I had soft drinks in the beach bar. Easy access to Lic. Gustavo Diaz Ordaz airport, which was about 15 minutes' drive away.

The location of the resort is fantastic, just a short walk down the beach to the pier. The rooms are outstanding, with well-kept accommodations and a clean bathroom. The service provided by the staff is excellent, with attentive and polite employees. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast at the restaurant and take advantage of the facilities, such as the beach club. The view from the rooms is breathtaking, with a beautiful beach right outside.

One downside is the ongoing construction, which can cause some disruption and noise during the day.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to the beach and afternoon naps and Playa de los Muertos. We booked updated and modern room with sumptuous shower and a nice view and a kitchen.

The rooms are well laid out and beautifully maintained, have wonderful bathroom. The services are amazing, including a great pool. They provide wake up service and ironing without charge too. A rooftop restaurant serves great food😃

You guys made our stay very relaxing. Really enjoyed Puerto Vallarta, the hotel was beautiful and charming super close to the bars in the Romantic Zone. The staff was superfriendly and amazingly nice, offered amazing services. The room was large, with an absolutely gorgeous view of the sunset. A shower, a hairdryer and robes were available there.
